How long ago did you use intimidate? From what I understand it has been migrated to a less reliable function that better reflects the classic era.

Voted halfling. I like Troll and regen for solo since it’s a massive downtime saver and melee stats are pretty good.

Not being able to go to good cities is a bummer though. Halfling has XP boost and no XP penslty making the SSF journey a lot less work intensive.

For good race I would go Gnome, tinkered armor would be nice late game.
Evil race I would pick Iksar for regen, and some nice quested armor. Sadly we don't get all the pike upgrades.
I started a ssf gnome warrior on green last week, got covid so not done anything other then lvl 2 so far lol.
