I only have a very low character on Red, so please forgive my confusion/ignorance: if there's more than 4 levels between OP and the 60, how can they solve with pvp?

And if it can't be solved with pvp why does the higher guy just get to say he gets the camp? Why wouldn't camp rules just apply?

GMs don’t have the time or inclination to properly police Blue/Green, let alone Red. We are the abandoned Red headed stepchild they no longer care for and are embarrassed to go places with. Stop being man children and pay the Iron price for that cold iron!

Phillistine because camp rules are trumped by superior power if you’re too low level to keep camp from higher level who would crush you in pvp, you lose camp and gain the mercy of not being slain which would happen with a larger pvp range.

This is to keep chumps who want an afk cash camp from using lower level toons to hold it in order to avoid pvp to keep their camps with zero effort like on blue.
