It's that people in general and more so western cultures, should consume less meat. We're addicted to cheap meat in western society, I mean even your doctor will tell you to eat less meat.

This isnt about eating unsafe levels of meat its about not eating it because the bottom 80% and the top 20% cant both enjoy meat.

So if the bottom 80% makes sacrifices the top 20% can have mega yachts.
