Thank God, you need to eat meat. Veganism is not healthy. I'd suggest trying beef liver.
I actually like liver yeah. I've had a very broad pallet, eaten almost everything at least a few times. Liver is great 👍

Matza is liek two ingredients and kosher.

Hummus is like 3 ingredients. Yogurt is full fat greek (whole milk). And plain. The rest is literally vinegar salt olive oil, olives, and jalapeņos. Only 280 calories!

Hits the chips/nacho craving.

Tbf it's been almost a month since I settled on my Matza creations x hummus. Which are always different.

Home made turkey caserole and steak another day this last weak. (On two different days). Collard and grits. A sweet potato.

Among other things. Got some rice lined up to pare with veggies and something else. And my guilty pleasure of PBJ.

Can always break out chia seed puddin for mixing up breakfast some.

Got shrimp and grouper in the freezer. I like to alternate through the squashes, green beans, and broccoli for veg. Do the occasional cabbage.

Been yearning for pizza. That is going to cause me some pain to eat tho.

ya man i'm not really cool with bananas (they are also an ecological and economic disaster sort of - we literally genocided ppl to make room for banana fields) it's one of the few fruits i can eat without totally gagging tho so i yucked it down (I did not personally buy those)

lunch was matza hummus olives (ye - old matza taco per Reiwa's thots)\

I hate this world

I enjoyed my hummus tho

I would like a better variety of taco beds to put it on it's hard to find goodly made ones tho --- I have actually really good streat taco corn tortias that are kinda scratch made with cornflower so yeah those are great and actually tacos.

matza is literally unbleached flower water salt at least

olives are liek olives

and hummus is like chick peas and tahinni or in a pinch u can use like olive oil or avacado oil even if u were desperate or prefered that or something else entirely or u could just mash them into a paste and spread them on or whip them into a yogurt if you were bored

anyway those are go too ezmode pretty gud clean foods mix in cucumbers or something esle and it's a total win any day of the weak

you could literally feed half the worlds population on really good food if we got rid of capitalism right now and instituted an autocratic theocratic hive mind with a social credit score and UBI

tonight we are making minute steak greenbeans and mashed taters, in honor of really bad frozen salisbury steak dinners which I'm trying to avoid

-----------------------------

THE POINT IS

that the Oiriginal poster is RIGHT about their original post

----------------------------

and people are angry because our politicians have failed us and our leaders and the people that benifity from our ecnomy and food logistics system are not doing their duty

---------------

yet we disabled scrape by, those of us who are honorable and want to rehabilitate ourselves into super christian soldiers for the coming tribulation with the power of jesus christ all mighty saving people from eternal damnation by handing out matza tacos at the FEMA camps.

------------------

this is my limit

You might be joking but understand I take great offense to that, probably not for reasons you would understand.
