Rogean hasn't posted about r99 in years. He is active on other EQ communities. He doesn't care about this server, and can you blame him? The last time he looked into doing something here he had multiple people telling him to essentially eff off. Red99 is 1% of the pop of p99 but prolly consumed easily over 50% of the Staff's time at it's height. FFS there was a player from red99 that macequested someone in real life.
