Both sides, but especially the left, hopes that won’t happen JUST because people are good people. No one will fake being trans to get what they want because people are good people and don’t lie. I personally am still surprised I haven’t seen as much fakery as I initially expected, but it does happen. Another famous case is a male prisoner who claimed he was trans, put into a women’s facility, and began raping women

The problem with the ability to fake it is that there’s no recourse. What can the system say? “We don’t believe you are trans?” “You don’t make enough of an effort to be passable as the other sex so we don’t believe you?” Nope, that shit won’t fly. Hypothetically, a man can have a beard, chest hair, be bald, not put on lipstick, not wear a wig, not put on a dress, just be bald bearded hairy dude and say he’s trans and the establishment is not allowed to question it

So people are starting to figure out they can fake being trans to get more rape opportunities. And now possibly people are figuring out they can fake it dominate women’s sports (although I personally believe the ones currently in women’s sports really do believe they are trans). This can get really bad, and the only thing to prevent it is the hope that people are good people and wouldn’t lie about who they are to get what they want. That is a flimsy hope

Everytime you give one kid or a few kids special privileges. Every other damn kid will suddenly start acting out and trying to gain or take advantage of those privileges. Throwing tantrums.

Want to support someone?

Give opportunities to get them off drugs. Learn about fitness and health. Teach them real pragmatic shit. Train and condition them to be hygienic and conscientious. If they fail at all those opportunities. Put them the fuck outa there misery.

Injecting people with hormones doesn't do fuck all towards all that and just creates side effects or dependence on the hormone givers.

I'm not saying people shouldn't transition. I'm saying it's an absolute waste to devote public funds to it when someone can't get out of the slum they already live in and enable themselves. If they get out of that slum and get a call center job and went to the gym and had an affordable living opportunity they will fix their own problems. Without needing the states authorization to cut each other's dicks off and certify them male or female. In fact the creating a just and livable world and sustainable orderly society is of paramount importance to anyone's individual abilities to transition. What is the point if they take their homeless begging funds to McDonald's and get beat down for growing their own food and selling it without a license.

Supporting someone at a critical point doesn't mean caving in and giving them anything they want. People want really great pizza in jails. I think that'd be nice. Healthy pizza can be made and consumed in moderate quantities. Does it really matter if we give pizza tho while the prison system is just a complete shambles? And the reason those guys are in prison is because they can't be responsible and sober and fight their real oppressors effectively?

Besides. Perp in the OP at no point was ever oppressed. They failed to Integrate lawfully and respectfully into society. They are just walking death at this point.

The facility should maybe decide. We are in a catch 22 tho cuz these facilities seem to exist at the feds mercy even if they are privately funded and state or city administered.

At no point if you are becoming a ward of a facility does saying "muh rights" should be very meaningful. Sometimes you have to really restrain or harm someone so they don't hurt others. I don't condone torture or cruelty tho. I've noticed every time I am institutionalized the worst of the worst are there screaming about cruelty or the law or muh rights. Nip that shit right in the bud aside for grievous bodily harm and send the screamers, combative to isolation, sound proof. Segregated. Sensory deprivation.

If we're going by the fox article definition of rape, this wouldn't help.
