Sort of sure, I'm probably just jaded because I've already got to relive the experience here on P99 and am basically done with the game (multiple 60s, epics, raiding - there just isn't anything left to do aside from making my own weird challenges that seem like a total waste of time at this point).

P99 hasn't had a great plan for when they hit the end of the timeline to keep the community engaged, we don't even get holiday double XP anymore. For the first 10 years, there was always something looming on the horizon, now there simply isnt.

A museum not a theme park. You have seen all the exhibits. Some of you even got to roam around TOV and stand within Vulaks lair.

I dunno, I've been here a while and still love it. I would agree the low level scene isn't what it use to be, but there's always someone needing help with a quest or epic fight when there's no dragons to tank /nod
