get a large glowing stone from ec off wsp, it really helps.

then it's just waiting for eyes of cat at level 30.

wait, how does that help your vision at night? and its only prim and 2nd slot, how do you wield weapons when using gbs

GSB = Glowing Stone Band, which is a ring that gives you worn infravision. Great cheap answer for nightblindness on low level humans.
