Apparently it is ok to laugh with a p1999 player that gets a psychosis and injures an elderly person and kills their dog, but its not ok to name your guild "DMO" and roleplay some erudites.

I'd think that violence in the real world from a deranged p1999 player is worse then statements made in-game, but I guess I'm wrong?
