the fact that the spawn time is variable and can become unknown makes it practically impossible to have any set up other than roll on spawn, sadly. Ring 8 roll works as a fixed time roll because the spawn isn't variable, and although it drifts daily it's usually not too far before a quake.
You can't do a "roll on window open" for a variable spawn without a way to ensure that anyone who wants to roll can learn the timer, and a way to ensure that all parties rolling agree what the window is. Current meta for angry is best it can be, imo. | ||
