I have a pretty decent pool of PMs already, I expect I'll close it down in roughly a week. To save people a little time and hanging on an answer, I will say that at this point if you are bidding under 400k, your chance of being in the top 12 is going to be pretty slim. This is what we call auction manipulation. We have no idea whether you actually have bidders or not. What you are hoping for is fringe bidders to get scared thinking you are going to run out and throw you bids higher than they probably were going to due to the minimum bid you just put. Nice try.
