A more efficient way to play EverQuest is to get levels first, then get gear. Wisdom gear won't help you level noticeably faster. I would advise leveling to the point where you could kill Dyllin Starsine easily with no trouble (because Murphy's Law, amirite?).

It was callous of the other player to do that instead of just helping you. I would have helped you because I value helping others get things even more than I value getting things. But the Elf Lawyers' Guild has spoken, and it seems there is no legal recourse. Better luck next time.

I thought it was an old retail, time honored tradition to ding 20 as a druid and then go kill dyllin with your super cool careless lightning spam w/ root while using Track to keep tabs on his spawn. Doing it sooner than that and needing help of another player smacks of heresy.

Go back to Blue sicko - killing things while they can kill you is more classic and more rewarding.
