Wheat is epically genetically modified
Corn is epically genetically modified

even rice was nothing like current rice when humans found it

Sugar was never meant to be grown and processed the way we do it

Fat was not something that was ever common and if you look at animals the only ones that have fat eat lots of fruit ( like bears ) as there is no other way in nature to get carbs
None of this is accurate?

Carbs have always existed. Berries existed, tubers existed, honey existed.

Tons of animals pack on fat (pinnipeds, whales, bears, basically anything that needs to hunker down in the winter).

We're meant to eat anything we want - you just have to make reasonable decisions to burn off that excess caloric intake since you're not parading across the savannah for your entire existence anymore.

Berries > Coca-Cola

Also we aren't likely to be sitting around stationary eating 10lb of berries all day.

It's not really the same thing as a modern "carb".

I stopped responding to posts like his because it’s neverending. I’ve learned to just be ok with people having no idea what they’re talking about and letting it spread to everyone else. It’s just not worth the time.

Honey isn't a carb. It's a honey. And it's natural. Bee puke.

Goodluck getting enough honey in nature to get fat without getting owned by bees, cavemen level humans had no idea it was a thing

Carrots have been genetically modified and when humans found them they were as thin as a piece of spaghetti

Same with potatoes

Sure berries existed but after eating one serving the chemical change in our brain tells us to stop, not lay there for a week to keep gaining body fat for the winter so we can hibernate

carbs have never been as plentiful and available as they are in our society now and the mental illness they cause due to inactivity is the biggest problem in America
Yep.

Honestly, I don't think most people know what carbs are. That fruits, quinoa, and brown rice are high carb foods. There's just general lack of education on diet. This is from my own experience of having to explain it many times to even somewhat educated people. The fact that people believe anything they read on the internet and don't do their own research doesn't help.

There's definitely some trolling going on here though. Shoes2 might just be legit dumb tho.
