Being a workout critic id trade the power walk for that 10k run, and swap the outdated sit ups for either pull ups if you can do them or rows if you can't, and you would have a nice daily light 80 minute workout mostly comprised of the 6 mile run [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

But you'd need to step it up a little harder eventually to some weights. Only some mystical prodigy is going to get any gains from such a weak workout.. Someone capable of destroying people in a single punch.

the only problem with lvling up IRL, is the de-lvl is 15X and you don't even have to die..its the only place you will ever find that if you make thousands more that year, it still ends up pretty shitty for ya. you can workout, get super strong but end up having problems in your joints, be lazy and die from heart disease...etc the list just goes on
