Favorite zone and least favorite zone?

Favorites: Crystal Cavers, LGuk, Blackburrow, The Hole
Least: West Karana, Karnors Castle, Emerald Jungle, Dagnars Cauldron and Innothule Swamp

Fav: Kedge. Such a different zone. Mixes the whole game up. Aggro radius seems increased on p99 from what I remember on live, but still fun.

Least: Dagnor's cauldron. It's just there to annoy you on your way to Kedge, or sometimes kill you on your way to unrest at lower levels. No one hunts there, cause it's not worth it. Has anyone ever gone there just to be there? No.

It’s interesting your favorite is Kedge. I actually really like DC aesthetically and love the challenge it presents to get to Unrest. I had quite the adventure there at level 13 playing a Freeport bound Cecily that culminated in Ravager from Vesica Dei giving me a suit of Ravenscale when I got back from my 2nd or 3rd death.

This is true.. I spent a lot of time in Kedge on live. I was a virtual fish.

Tox isn't that bad once you know where stuff spawns and WK has bandits, ogres, cyclopses, and undeads and scarecrows and that bard that drops big plat IDK why everyone hates WK

and you can buy arrows there


and it's OK for rangers to solo stuff there....

annnnddd it has a werewolf.

WK is full of cool stuff.

Favorite: Kurn's Tower - tons of money for the level, cool quests, some neat rare drops, amazing newbie zone, necro playground

Despised: Swamp Of No Hope - Deathtrap. Pathing level 25-30 named who drop absolutely nothing around level 10-15 enemies. Who the hell would visit this shithole, unless just passing through or doing quests?

Fave: Lower Guk, Kedge, ToFS

No Fave: The Karanas.

Favorite: East Karana. It's a real gem compared to the rest of the Karanas. Plus the run up to Highpass always gave me a sense of wonder of scale of the game back in the day.
Least Favorite: Lesser Faydark: Not dangerous enough for high level hunting. Too dangerous for new players.

Favorite-Warrens. Love the kobolds. Love the amount of mobs/roamers. Provides some challenge if not twinked.

Least favorite-Plane of sky prolly. I refuse to go.

Least Favs: Plane of Sky (just because of the whole corpsing keys thing while also needing a wizard port, etc...logistical dumpster)
