Welcome to ToV. You really need every single person running fraps during the pull & fight & then with your evidence take it up with the guild responsible & come to terms. It's not a tattletale program at all. If guild A is going to make such claims & accusations against guild B which come with heavy ramifications, shouldn't they have evidence it even happened? How do we know they didn't train themselves? If guild bans just went around at peoples word there would be madness, right?

I would say the current raiding scene is ridiculous, but not madness. It works, mostly. FTP (first to petition) would be regression, moving backwards in a sense to where everyone wants raiding to go. If someone can't prove it happened how they say, they have no business petitioning for ramifications. That's true even outside of EQ
