BFG / Trueshot over 2 mins is equal or better than a disced rogue... except when it isn't, but seeing a #1 ranger ever is pretty magical. TS instead of WS is dumb imo though.

Honestly due to velious so heavily favoring melee in terms of gear and weapons as well as bosses having alot higher health if there was any class the dev team hated it was wizards

Yea Wizard is terrible in Velious but OK again after that. And fine in classic and Kunark.

Flashbacks of being a Guide. Yes it was! And the pieces all had various clicky effects. The gauntlets were the GM rez I think.
