Nilbog has stated my ban was up for a vote and the staff voted "no", Nilbog stated he voted yes, the only yes vote out of every GM/guide at the time.
So I do what any good lobbyist does, I go for the big shots and work out deals I've talked to Hobby, Uthgaard, and Rogean on several occasions about the situation and all I've gathered is this: Hobby: Would like to see me back in the game, but does not have the 250+ status to make it happen or make a case... In essence this is a yes vote. Nilbog: Goes with what his staff determines, for all purposes he is a yes vote based on what his staff thinks at the time Uthgaard: Has no issues with me playing, I routinely talk to him on Kennypowers, and he really doesn't care either way as long as I'm not dropping 50+ mobs on a bunch of undeserving newbies in EC or something Rogean: I've not gotten a response from him in the last several months, but he knows I play Kennypowers, again he doesn't care if I play as long as it's not zone wide server disruption. Again, the four major players that deal with CSR issues, have no beef nor qualm, they either support Abacab's return or are completely indifferent to the issue. There is no major dissent from any of the guides and or GM's I talked to. So Nilbog, if your staff the ones you rule based on their vote on my banned status have showed such indifference and even favor of uplifting the ban as long as I don't cause any more server-wide disruptions like the Rinna event I don't see why I shouldn't be unbanned. | ||

Just re-roll dumbshit. Move on. You made your ban worse by ban evading on the forums, intentionally harassing others for quite literally no reason. You can claim all the 'guerilla warfare and viva la resistance' bullshit you want - but the fact remains you did shit just to piss people off. And even more so AFTER you were banned.
You were an annoyance during the raid scene. But I'll admit that it was something different to deal with. Shit socking wasn't exciting, but having to dodge trains were. But, most times you were just frustrating. It's this whole hidingbehindamonitorbecauseyoulooklikechazfromairh eads shit you got going on bro. You know whats up. If you had just taken your slap on the wrist and laid low, you would probably be back on Abacab already. But you went juvenile ballistic status.
