This is azxten. All my my game accounts including my girlfriend's and friend's account were banned. Lost around 6 level 30+ characters including a level 50.

Don't argue with the King or his soldier (Uthgaard) will come smite you. Honestly I'm amazed to see this thread created here I thought no one would even notice.

I got my forum account banned and personally attacked by Uthgaard in complete violation of the forum rules. I NEVER personally attacked anyone.



Nilbog none of this is an ad hominem personal attack. Not a single one. Uthgaard though calls me a worthless juvenile who works at McDonalds. Who personally attacked who?

The facts are Uthgaard over reacted and *I* got punished for it. I'm sorry I got overly emotional because I care about the state of the server, the failure of the bug forum, etc but I don't think it warrents banning my forum account and all my game accounts and the accounts of my friends because of it.

To be honest it's starting to seem like certain classes are being left overpowered on purpose because devs play them or something.

This reminds me of how Monks can fully heal in about 15 seconds because Mend works every time you zone. There are a few classes that are ridiculously overpowered compared to classic but they aren't being changed.

Yeah I made the mistake of thinking that as long as I stayed within the rules set forth by the staff everything was fine. I clearly checked the forum rules to make sure arguing with the King was acceptable as long as I used no personal attacks.

Oops. I can't shake this vision in my mind of King Nilbog getting called out by a peasant so he issues some political double speak and walks away only to have the peasant beat and murdered shortly after by his goon Executioner Uthgaard.

And one last thing.. It's particularly annoying to be talking to you (admittedly heated) and then you say to drop it so I do and then Uthgaard comes along 30 minutes later after the thread is locked just to personally attack and ban me while he complains that he doesn't get paid and blah blah blah.

The argument about not being paid means nothing to me. I've donated money to this project and I've volunteered my time to be either a guide/dev and got no response. I'm a very capable programmer who could fix a lot of these issues myself but you never asked for my help. That's fine. It doesn't mean I have no right to complain about the bug/exploit forum apparently being worthless though in a thread about old bugs/exploits not being fixed.

Wells, you were blowing up saying my reponse was fucking bullshit. Perhaps Uthgaard wanted to tell you what he thought as well. It's not the way I handle it, but.. you started it? If anything pisses us off, its the stupid favoritism claims. We can understand about people being mad about bugs or mechanics not working.. but to listen to that on top of it? No thanks.

Every source developer we currently have has showed initiative enough to come to us, seek us out on IRC, and bring the fixes with them. I don't know how to stay this exactly.. but I don't have the time to seek out *and* direct the source developers. You have the option of dloading the public eqemu branch, seeing how everything works, and offering up solutions.

Dude I don't have time to develop eqemu, play RL, *and* roleplay king to send people on covert missions. I didn't have a problem with you. If I have one now, it's that you are way too public with your non-bug concerns, and won't stfu.
