Many idiots, not mostly idiots. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Ever see the movie Logan? At the beginning of the film, there are a number of bros driving around shouting, "USA! U.S.A.!" while flailing about drunkenly by the Mexican border. This is the perception that many have of "us". Is it correct? I suppose that depends on where you are and who you are dealing with. Either way, there are over 300 million people in this country, so saying mostly idiots would be a bit presumptive. Then again, there has been some asinine shit happening of late to go along with the insane ramblings and cringy daughter talk of our glorious leader. Genius spawning...probably China due to population. I'll go with Denmark...er, wait, that is hot Scandinavian chicks on bicycles. U-S-A, U-S-A!!!11

If this is a sample of a typical BDA guild forum thread I can see why they're all here.

I think we're going to end up dropping one of our orbital rods on a precise target before this is over.

The NK leadership need an external 'big bad' to maintain their grasp on control. "The Americans want to wipe us off the map, we need to invest everything this country has into defence and we are the only ones who can keep NK safe from America!"
Every time the US threatens NK with sanctions, posts troops and vessels near their borders, threatens the country with devastating retaliation they make the NK government more powerful because the US is playing up to the 'big bad' role NK needs its citizens (subjects?) to perceive and justifies the idea that USA is out to destroy NK. NK have made an interesting move; many foreign states have been coy about whether or not they have access to WMDS and in cases where there has been doubt the leaders have frequently been displaced by the USA. NK have demonstrable WMD capacity, so perhaps unlike those other powers they'll continue to be mollycoddled. It is a dangerous game for NK though, their allies are becoming less supportive of their actions (China), but NK hasn't been abandoned yet; China probably wouldn't be keen on a liberated/reunited Korea as this could risk US troops and weapons at their door. While all of this is happening, socially NK is changing. The country isn't as isolated as the USA believes. There is much trade with China, and a huge black market too. Avenues of communication to the masses are being opened. Things that would have been unthinkable a decade ago are now going by unpunished (owning a cell phone that can make calls to SK is now a warning instead of 3 years in a labour camp). The market for movies from SK is growing. Families and culture that are spread across the border are slowly reuniting. The information war NK rages on its citizens is receding. NK's position in the world is changing. Is there room for nuclear nations with state influenced media, crazy puppet leaders and huge military spending in the world?

The US needs North Korea to strike first otherwise it'll look like the aggressor, despite all the missile launching schenanigans going on.
They're doing a great job of overthrowing "tyrants", will be good when they can reunite Korea and have a puppet subservient leader who does what the World Bank/IMF says. Line of credit Korea? Take a seat...
