This is mere hearsay on my part, but I think Fansy was on P99 at the beginning but left when it wasn't what they were looking for (note: back then it wasn't half as classic as it is now).

The main page for Fansy's adventures has a new note saying "Thank you DBG for showing me around on 3/22/17 & for the tin of batwing crunchies!" so I wonder what they've been up to recently...

Worst: Win chain pants from HoT, go to MQ them to my shaman who has gems, turn in the pants and voila, bard has chain shaman pants. To whoever pre-loaded the NPC with gems, you are the ultimate douchebag.

I had this fear when I did some MQ's a long time ago - So I killed the turn-in NPC and waited for respawn before doing it - the ones in Sky-shrine are super low level and have like no health.
