What time is the roll now? Just 2 [dumb] people rolling for nothing at 4am EST this morning.

I thought an 823 was going to yield a win this time. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Instead of just saying "hard reset and earthquakes both reset timers," clarifying "( non earthquake )" in your post made it seem explicit to "hard reset."

Serious question:
What was the intent of the "roll winner must be the one turning in the Marching Orders" rule anyway? I realize that, without this rule, people would have 50+ members of the guild all randoming for one person....but that's the way it is now anyway. It takes, what, 3-5 hours to get a new Marching Orders, but you can only get one Gloradin every 24 hours? People get Marching Orders on 3 characters just to roll for the one character they intend to get the ring... I've lost ring rolls to a multitude of people that are already wearing the the 10th ring AND the 9th ring, then "WTS 8th Ring Loot rights - my orders -> your loots / 8th Ring" (always Awakened, side note). I thought the rule was implemented to combat this exact practice. P.S. I also realize that this rule was lobbied for by many that have long since gotten their ring(s) and, therefore, don't give a shit what happens anymore, but what's right is right.
