clearly a strategic move to stop others levelling up and accessing the BIG MONIES!

a few times I've gone into the basement of unrest and there are level 60's down there i ask politly if I can camp it for XP and they'll usually leave. embarrassed that they're level 60 looking for fine steel and jagged bands

Someone gives up their camp so you can get XP and you make snotty comments about them.

I've been known to camp the ghost on my 60 Warrior to get some jagged bands and/or dwarven work boots to hand out to people in unrest. Players who are in the level 20-30 range still wearing cloth and patchwork, as I know they're actively playing said toon.

Don't like giving our gear in EC for this reason, for example.
