Quite offended at the violence. I identify as a frost giant.

#stopthefrostgianthate

Did you at least say "I'm sorry" after you killed them?

Ma all the gods of furious strong be with you as you crunch opposents and live like a windrammer as you fuck.

No. I took their various body parts back to Thurgadin just so I could gain a little fame with my cousin dwarves, the Coldain.

We laughed until ale shot out our noses. This one "savage"... his face was in the most hilarious expression of regret and fear. Ha ha!

Well, I do know that frost giants partaking of ale and merriment are signs of an apologetic nature; so must be the same with the dwarves! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Good on ya mate! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Really great to have you on board, man. The thriving EQ player base is definitely what drew me to this server and has kept me around for years (aside from my affection for EQ from a young age). Just having people around in the same virtual space feels good. And you're entirely right that people have to communicate if they want to succeed in this game. Yes, even the Necros and Shamans that can solo play their way to the top still need connections.

Also great to hear all this from people who come from the modern day MMO's. It's sad what' game companies have done with MMO's these days. I'm definitely looking forward to Pantheon.

Thanks homie! It's an awesome feeling being able to be apart of a great gaming community. You just don't see it anymore these days. I'm definitely glad that I fell out of the modern MMO games, they're just plain shit. It's really nice to see a toxic-free MMO community where people can come together and simply enjoy the wonderful world of EQ. Makes me wish I could have played EQ when it was live.

Glad you're excited for Pantheon as well! I think it will be an awesome experience and I hope to see you in the world of Terminus!

Well I'm sure there's toxicity in EQ but I haven't seen any for the amount of time that I've been playing. There's gonna be some type of toxic shit anywhere in a community, that's inevitable, but the community isn't as enormous as the modern day MMOs, with that being said, the toxicity will be small and tolerable. Where as in WoW, it is everywhere you go, not to mention disgusting. There are too many people that can feed off one another when the toxic shit spreads. So, IDK.
