with scheduled raiding on Phinny it's been pretty easy to maintain a consistent council for making loot decisions, 6-8 people that are 90%+ raid attendance making the calls provides for a very solid decision making base as far as i'm concerned

they don't replace warriors but they actually can tank raid mobs and are very useful in the encounters with multiple off-tank enemies
