I think they are like level 32-38ish (I see 69 as lowest max hits and 88 as highest I think).
Is there somewhere in wiki that explains how to tell level ranges based on what the mob hits for?

No. I posted a thread about it recently and got a staff reply: https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...d.php?t=245620 ... but sounds basically like there isnt a good overall formula, just ballparks.

I recently did a similar dungeon leveling path on the Al'Kabor project, which is a year-old, cross-platform emu project that'll eventually cap at the Planes of Power. Up to three boxes are allowed, so I played an enchanter, cleric, and mage. I should've made some videos -- yours are fun, Tecmo! Here's my thread about it. It's pretty similar to this one.

I really enjoyed Najena, particularly the north wing of the basement, which was great exp through the high 20s. I wandered all over sola in the 30s; I especially enjoyed the bar and King/Gimblox camps. Solusek goblins (mid-30s rogues) absolutely annihilate the lower-level goblins. I spent the 40s in Kaesora, almost exclusively at the church camp (Xalgoz and friends). That got pretty boring by 46, but the exp was so fast that I stuck around until 49 anyway. Looking back, I wish I would've spent more time exploring lguk, solb, and the Hole. I've been hanging out in Sebilis since 50 (I'm 57 now), variously camping the bugs, disco1, disco2, jail, and crypt. I'll probably hit up Chardok (which is a playable zone on TAKP) and Howling Stones soon.

I love ToFS. I would've done a lot of levels there, but TAKP is still in Kunark. Oh well, maybe I'll level up another trio doing icy dungeon dives after Velious drops this fall.

I kinda wish I had worked on XP in more of Najena than I did (and that I made videos!)... I ended up just in the caves over near Najena's room, which was a lot of fun but a quite different experience than the tighter quarters in the dungeons of the rest of the zone.

Also wish I'd have been around sola some more than just the entrance, but by the time I got settled into paw I was a bit high for most of the zone.

I'll definitely be moving to Kaesora after I leave CC. I'd like to visit nurga (but it may be too low now), TOFS (but we'll see if I want to deal with the keys and CRs), lguk (I don't know live side at all), perma (never been in spider pits), plus all the big 50+ dungeons HS seb chardok velks DN, for at least a bit. Though I'll try to get to all of the 50+ dungeons for at least a short video I think. Even if they aren't all obscure places that I haven't done before, it's still fun to crawl around the parts of a place like KC where lots of people have spent a lot of time but only the pullers know all of.

Howling Stones is my favorite. I've leveled in there from 52+ twice now, once on blue and once on red.

So this is what mobs should max for unless they are special. Things like giants/spectres add 20.

I remember seeing you in farming Efreeti back in the classic days. And HS after kunark released. What happened to your ench? Why are you leveling another one (This is Epinephrin) Not sure if you remember me.

No, someone asked "Is there somewhere in wiki that explains how to tell level ranges based on what the mob hits for?" so I made a chart which looks perfect when you type it but this page screws up the formatting.

That's the funny part. Those numbers are using the formula the developer gave in the other thread Tecmo linked!

He said to add +20 for special mobs (like giants, specters, etc.) and that there were also numerous exceptions. It seems like the exceptions seem more common than the rule.
