I don't understand your question... are you suggesting someone can change their chromosomes? Even just hiding the physical-proportional fact of gender structure is impossible without severe-severe deformation which would be very noticeable in itself. But to change trillions of cells is probably a little beyond our science at the moment. Check back next week?

I know a lot of people treat it as such, put theory before fact for scientific fundings sake, for social constructs and trending political points, then inundate us with psychosis level propaganda through media everywhere (e.g. news, tv series, music etc), but in the end a male is still a male no matter what when it comes to our human condition.
