I'm not so sure. Insulting someone can be a very subtle, and aesthetic art. One should try to tailor one's diss to fit the situation. Firing all guns and lasers at once can be considered gauche and uncouth. One of the best ways to really cut someone to pieces is to space out your insults; Give them a chance to try and respond then slap them yet again. I found the style used by the person in the screenshot to be on par with something a 7-year old would spew forth without really understanding the words. I rate the insulter a 1 troll out of 10.
