Does Primal still drop even though sleeper is woke? is it just rare or completely gone?

3 golems still drop Primals - The Final Arbiter, The Progenitor, and Master of the Guard drop them commonly but not always.

So basically a zerg guild dominates the high end raiding by merging large guilds. Than when they get tired of easy mode raiding in a 15 year old game they wake the sleeper and disband and the leftovers form a new zerg guild to repeat the process in a sleeper awakened high end raiding scene?

Basically, or you can kill off small guilds by ending the old casual tier rotation and hoping to pick off players whose growing guilds can no longer continue to thrive.
