Heck, if you are pro-2nd amendment, you are already on the list, likely not pass your screening.

The way the 2nd amendment is written is exactly what it means. The amendment never changed, society has, and for the worst (the libtards have, anyway). Didn't need a background check, didn't need to ban military style weapons and then start banning hunting weapons calling them assault weapons. If someone used a weapon to take a human life in an illegal way, their life was forfeit; left with no possible way to do it again once caught and hung, speedily. The current laws are written by the mentally ill. Cold dead hands, man.

Hmm? I didn't say re-educate them, I said eliminate them. They are not even being re-educated in prison, just taught how to do it more efficiently next time. So they might get 15yrs for it, but so open ended they are up for parole hearings once a year.

So say some scumlord killed your daughter, now you get to go to a parole hearing once a year for 15 to life. Revisiting the whole situation year after year, no closure, the loss of your little girl or boy, wives, husbands, mothers, fathers, year after year. This isn't some ideologue nonsensical spew as comes out of most posters here, this is actually happening to people. This is a result of liberalism, which by all rights is a mental illness, only results in pain and suffering especially of the innocent.
