Assuming the instrument modifier is actually working here <cough--Cinda's Charismatic Carillon> Occlusion of Sound gives -21 Mistmoore Battle Drum... about as good as Enchanter's level 20 Tash..

I haven't tested, but it sounds like the undead are just straight up immune to mez/stuns - like Giants in Velious are. No amount of debuffs will change that.

This is not true. They can be mezzed, as I have seen this, and pretty sure on stunning but need a group member to confirm.

However, I'm not sure if it is a situation similar to the golems where the highest level ones seem to be immune to mez? I have seen undead mezzed, but chanter complains that they break early.

It is best to root park these.

no. they're very mezzable, and this was from a 49 ench. and i've charmed undead after she tashed at level 53.

the only ones with very high resists are the golems, but still able to be snared etc. after debuffs. undead are just mostly a higher level range than elementals, thus harder to land stuff on if you're also a lower level.

I absolutely loved The Hole when I used to go there. It really wasn't that bad with competent group mates. A lot more challenging on Red though when you have pvp but was still pretty fun.

Thank you OP.

I don't know if it works here, but on live I could push mobs UP the drop off and have them summon me up.

One way I would get into hole on live was jump down from paineel and /q just before I hit the ground. Would log in safe at bottom of the hole. Again not verified here.

I also am a big fan of this zone. The crawling loot is pretty good but you need a real group to do a crawl, you can easily get all pieces of Loam. Master Yael is a bit tougher but with good dps, a torpor, and tank he is easily downed after a pet eats the DT.

I adapted your guide to wiki-style and created the entry: http://wiki.project1999.com/Rygar's_Guide_to_The_Hole
