omg! This is so totally true and you have so much evidence for it!! Pocket GM's really is a big problem. It's a shame we don't have some kind of unbiased system with which to review egregious miscarriages of justice and acts of corruption on the part of GM's. Moron.

I even sent in a petition saying that they were trying to steal my camp, which I had rightfully attained since the holder of said camp went AFK. (This was a lie, obviously.) However, it still should have been investigated, right? See below.

When I petitioned that my efreeti camp was stolen by members of Venereal Disease, the GM "Hobby" came and asked for both sides of the story. So when my camp gets stolen, a "fair trial" is given. When I steal another's camp, I'm immediately suspended without even being questioned or notified of my trespass.

As soon as you petition that members of VD steal a camp of yours after you publicly state on the forums that you won't honour any camping claims of VD members (which is collective punishment by the way, making you a huge asshole), no GM needs to investigate a camp dispute between you and VD. They had no reason to believe you and by your own admission they were right. Why would an investigation be warranted if you already know what the outcome is going to be?

The only one who has brought up a point that is even close to pertinent is Uthgaard, who also happens to be the most likely person to ban me.

To his point: I can only suggest that when a GM is going to decide something arbitrarily, /random is used. I have never seen a dance off decision between players. I have never seen players flip a platinum piece for a decision. I assumed that he would make us roll, and my assumptions were correct. Hence, when he said that line, I immediately flipped out because it confirmed my suspicions of how the situation will play out.

If you don't like the point I'm bringing up, and you have no problems with camps or the server in general, then get the fuck off this thread. I could care less what a brigade of level 30 druids who reside in ECTunnels 90% of the time think about Everquest.

This thread is not here for you to critique the manner in which I am trying to make logical points. If you think I am "bitching", then go to the fucking lame ass threads and play grab ass with Tralina, this is a thread for the big boys. There are some real issues that need to be addressed regarding camps and rules. I feel, actually I know, that my camp was stolen and my situation treated unfairly. Stealing a camp requires time, and VD wasted my time that night, yet I was never compensated with their penalization. And yet, I am being penalized for doing the exact same thing they did, only trying to make a point about it. Did I ACTUALLY injure Meghx from VD in any way? No, I simply helped him kill cyclops' faster.

The funny thing is, I don't see any of you in game camping high level shit like what I usually am doing. Most of you don't even belong on this thread. And it still stands, when this shit happens to you, you would react like I did now. The difference between me and most of you, is that I have the intelligence to articulate my argument so that it makes sense, and provokes inquiry. Hence, the fucking developer of the game comes on the thread and has to clean up a messy situation.

Let me end on a good note, though, because I think I have made every possible argument, and there is nothing left to try and convince baddies of the truth and logic.

To Hobby and Uthgaard and the rest of DEV, thanks for all the time you guys put in to the server. Regardless of anything I've said, don't take offense to it as a personal attack, as it is only to achieve my goal of making people understand what exactly happened. I truly believe that some server rules need to be reestablished and/or reworked because situations like these are bullshit. Might doesn't make right. I was robbed of an important spawn, and I'm now suspended for challenging the decision and trying to make a universal point.
