As a bard, in EC my def was 252. when i went to velious (WL) it was back to 215 red cap

I'd hazard a guess and say any zone that had some sort of revamp in the last patch will be fine. Hate got revamped. EC had a merchant added

so the skills are present in all zones - they just arnt displaying ?

or are the skills not actually factoring - and those zones are just displaying a bug

big difference here - anyone test with parsing

right the displays on the client - I am just curious if anyone did any parsing to tell if theres any actual difference
