You have a microwave at work?

Not in this order, but:

When you are home make some spaghetti with pre-made meatballs from any supermarket. Dump some sauce in there, have a nice dinner with some left overs. Go to walmart, buy some cheap Tupperware, BAM! Lunch next day.

Make your own chili:

Get a nice big pot. 3lbs of ground beef (the leaner the better), 5 or 6 cans of Chili beans (not Hormell or Stagg) like Bush or Kroger. Get 3 or 4 cans of Kidney beans (drain them, DO NOT use the juice inside. Rinse them as well). 2 Large cans of Petite tomatoes like 24 or 32 oz (add juice and all).

Spices needed: Cumin, Chili powder and garlic salt. If you want you can add black pepper for some flavor as well.

Fresh veggies: 2 Large Onions. I like chopping them up but in big chunks. 10 Jalapeno or Serrano peppers. If you want big spice add Habeneros. Use either minced garlic or chop up your own.

I suggest you cook the ground beef before throwing ALL that stuff in the pot. Do not over cook it though because it's going to boil with all the other stuff.

When you first throw everything in the pot put the stove on 2 or 3 setting. Low....it takes a LONG time to heat up but if you try to heat it up fast you'll burn the bottom.

That is one of the best things I learned to make when single. I still make it today.

You can mix it up too and put can of whole tomatoes in. I like chunky chili, so all my veggies are large chunks.

Overall you'll spend about 2 hours on that chili project, but damn it's worth it.

Crackers and Tillamook Sharp Chedder Cheese on the side. I am freaking drooling right now and I just ate lunch.

EDIT: USE ALL THE JUICE from the chili beans. it is a must. Also stir it often. Like every 5 minutes for the first 30 to 45 mins, then every 15 mins after.

I had a couple of questions about guides.

How much time does one have to have available to commit to the server in order for it to make a difference?

I know GM's don't play on p99, but I don't remember the rules about guides playing. Are there any restrictions on where guides can play?
This idiot keeps posting stuff at the bottom of pages and then it keeps getting bumped off the current page.

What an idiot.

I'm bored in class.

we look for at least 20 hrs a week, if you cant give us at least 15 hrs a week, its probably not worth it tbh. but i mean, those are minimums. being a guide is a lot of horribly tedious work for a lot of people, most of whom are very ungrateful. if a guide ever happens to help you, you should remember to thank him imo. a lot of people apply thinking they will just run events and do fun things, and while thats cute as hell, theres actual work that needs to be done. we'd all love to host and have events, but the sad truth is, there just isnt enough hours for all of that until we get caught up.

as far as playing, guides are allowed to play, which is part of why we are so picky in regards to whom we bring on the staff. there are a lot of players that would make excellent guides but would get insta vetod over some small detail if its seen as having the potential to put the server, the staff, or the players at risk. GMs however are not allowed to play. so myself, Rogean Jesus, and the Lady Angel Nilbog wont be seen farming phat pixels, but guides are indeed allowed to play.

if you think you wanna help and are willing and able to give us 15-20 hrs a week, put in an app, or bump the old one. sometimes we see super old apps and have no way of knowing if the person is still interested unless they bump it (id say bump once or twice a month at most).

sorry missed that bit at the end. Guides cant do their own CSR, they also cant do CSR for their guildmates or their friends (IRL or InGame), and they also arent ever allowed to have their play character and their staff character in the same zone. and *i think* thats it as far as restrictions go.
