The difference is Jibeknn was a leader of his guild, Rabid was just a member

TWO GUILDS bud.. <Hotuken> and <Good Guys>. As well as a ranking member of <Friends> core, which houses the most diehard Anti-RMT crusaders on Red99.

Rabid was a good guy but could be irritable and ornery at times. We weren't friends but I respected things about him and he was an entertaining character and solid PvPer. Like Fandango said, Rabid was nowhere near a core member. Nevermind a major guild leader/officer like Jibekn was.

Not only was Jibekn a core member of <Friends> he was also the leader of two of the largest competitive raiding guilds Red99 has ever seen. Ditto on Vapo.
