In the similar case of Stoner [Peace Pipe] v Douchebag [Inglorious Basterds], precedent was set allowing expert witness testimony regarding mental capacity (in this case, screenshots with arrows clearly delineating retartation) to be admissible for consideration. How does the defense plead?

Unfortunately the defense is unable to plead due to the lack of its mental capacity clearly visible in said screenshots provided by export witness testimony.
