Its probably humanity's destiny if we dont drop the 21st century ball

Capitalism needs to go, or we go.

We're living in the final days right as we speak. Our generation is literally the final generation on planet Earth. Things are about to get very real on September 23rd when the east coast of the US is wiped out by the asteroid that's coming for us. This event is going to trigger world wide devastation. This planet is doomed and the only way off it is with Jesus on the New Jerusalem.

Just looked at the links you posted more closely and it appears they all reference the same two studies.

Thought I'd post some alternative theories just for sake of science:

http://aeon.co/magazine/science/why-...t-the-problem/

http://hockeyschtick.blogspot.com/20...ixth-mass.html

http://www.climatedepot.com/2011/03/...es-can-evolve/

According to these and other studies, species are being discovered faster than they're dying off, etc.

Not endorsing any of these claims nor your own. Science is harder than news reports with quoted one-liners from much longer-winded research papers.

The world's problem is they have become too smart for their own good. Traveling at crazy speeds at the cost of pollution. Keeping people alive that shouldnt be alive at the cost of money. Overpopulation is what is going to do us in.

Lol, the Earth isn't flat. The moon and the sun are clearly spherical so there's no reason to think that the Earth is flat.

Maybe you should spend less time being sarcastic and more time investigating whether your own opinions are based on solid fact. Or do you now accept that the "civilization will fall by 2050" scenario is based on junk science?

Well, the last mass extinction helped pave the way for mammals to take over and eventually humans to come about, so I'm hopeful that this current one is a good chance to shake things up and perhaps push us to the next stage of evolution: The Kwisatz Haderach.
