To be fair Lite was only a guild leader by default - as no one wanted to play against Nizzar and he never really beat him ever.

I mean I could have created a guild and did nothing and I would have been the default "leader" of the resistance for probably 60% of Nizzar's time playing here.

instead you made threads about things like variance that the staff ignored and you quickly did a 180 as soon as you joined holocaust.

EQ servers need 2000 people continuously to be peak fun. Ours is in the 200's most of the time.
Blue is close to this and there's spawn competition in popular zones, litigation quest... No thanks.

I honestly think that if there were more people, the zergs would just scale up accordingly.

With everything spawning at the same time every week there's just no better way to go about monopolizing the content. Recruiting everything that moves would still be the best route.

With the server going down every week and adding some level of randomness even in the old classic servers there weren't guilds remotely the size of the guilds we have in a server with 1/10 the pop.

No reason to make changes now with Velious coming out. Might as well see how it plays out and request changes down the road.

The faiuare to correctly implement this classic mechanic pretty much paralyzed PVP in Kunar, so let's continue unclassic spawns into Velious and see if it doesn't ruin this expansion too? That is literally what you are suggesting.

It's took forever to get Simulated repops to be a feature, and a year + down the line it's still not working correctly because of Rogean's idea that he must manually trigger them. Delay is the last thing we need.

On live the server went down pretty much the same time every time. The day might have been random but it was always in off peak hours. You are asking for something more custom, but arguably more fun for everyone.

Velious should provide much more to do and shouldn't require competing guilds to have to snipe as quickly as they do in Kunark since progression isn't as linear.

I wouldn't say Kunark and classic are ruined. There are a lot of people still logging in and refusing to get a job because this content is so much fun.

I just never talked about it while in Azrael, because I had a stake in Azrael.

I have never changed my opinion on variance, it just will never happen and with Velious around the corner, it isn't a big deal. Deal with it?

People didn't quit their jobs or school to kill the mobs within five minutes of servers coming up back in 2000.
