Spell scribe speeds is what i was looking at this weekend. They have the scribe tied directly to the refresh rate of the guage display. Seriously? Why not tie it to a fixed timer. So trying to track down any timer associated with refresh rate when spell book is open now.

Anyways. Back to digging thru assembly.

Kind of obvious the real purpose of the xp weekend is to ascertain the current playerbase for Daybreak so they can gauge how worth it it will be to take over p99. Duh.
