Advice for faction grinding on Shaman epic

You don't need charm, you just need patience. Sometimes when the mob first spawns there's a bug that prevents him from responding, but if you just sit there for a minute and keep hailing him eventually he will respond.

Wk one wanders but you'll commonly see him around the guard house cited on the wiki.
