I think it is 2 months into Velious they get dropped?? The Racial penalty will stay though.

Unfortunately, but with good reason, they're going by Velious timeline. So exp penalty isn't removed for 1-2 months post release. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Can't explain in words how excited I am about this. FINALLY! Thank you so much to all the dev's and players that tested beta quests/locations/drops etc to help make this happen.
