Don't want to get him started, but...

Nirgon was right. Item recharging needs to go. Using clickies for everything is getting tedious. Soulfires / midnight mallets also need to go :P
Does it? i mean, whats like the part of the game that is ruined, or slightly ruined because of it?

I personally think clickies are an awesome way to expand the game into a really interesting arena.. Like its 1 thing to master your class, but once you do clickies give you many alternate ways to combo abilities and stratiges that make the game really interesting to me...

its like playing magic the gathering, you're like, this strat works so well, but i have this one problem.. then you figure out a clicky item, and you realise that you can combo it with your strat and be super awesome!

I have a merchant all my toons are bound next to, so I gate there and buy/sell my items to recharge them, it gives me a feeling of RP that I have a home somewhere in norrath that is un-traveled by other players.. its got my little merchant in there, that I pretend is my maid.. its really cool to me and very RP.

Thats my thoughts,... so what are the downside to clickies? what are the clickies that have broken the game, and why?

I want free school for my spawn and healthcare, and I demand Rogean and Nilbog provide it now.
Also perma ban anyone who says casual in forum or game chat in any way.
That way noone feels bad.

Defiant gear was a travesty. Shit like this:

randomly dropping off decaying skeletons and gnoll pups is a bad idea.

Seriously. How the heck can you expect people to raid in that garbage? Defiant gear on P99 should have AT LEAST 5svall on all pieces.

This is what's wrong with this server. Some weak stats and a spellcasting focus or two and it's the end of the world.

I swear some of them glue a pencil on their forehead, tie their hands behind their backs and peck at the keyboard.

"No keybinds because it makes the game too easy bro!~"

While I tend to disagree with the defiant gear dropping, I don't see why it would be such as stretch to make sufficient mobs spawn and drop stuff useful for the different types of armor - silk, ruined/low/medium/high leathers, ore blocks - drop off basic mobs in the starting zones (e.g. animals for leather of the appropriate size, spiders for silk, humanoid for ores). This would also give use for basic levels of tradeskills.

I played lots of eq. I played WOW when it was cool thing to do in my highschool. The game was okay. cartoon like characters, 3rd person view, and small in terms of mobs took a little getting used to. I loved seeing the dmg above the mobs head.

Everything was going well. My paladin was in his mid 40s iirc and then a hammer dropped. I kept looking at the stats in disbelieve. The ratio was insane! Off a random normal mob I was solo'ing? Not grouped for? Not even raided for? I verified that the hammer was game changing and as good as I thought it was. It was, and I quit that day. Dumbest thing ever
