If you can talk to each player just have one count to you in tells from 1-50 and the other count from 50-1 simultaneously. You'll know if they are boxing.

Threads like this make me paranoid of the inevitible day when my wife and I are asked if we are boxing.

Yeah I was a little bit apprehensive in getting an IP exemption when my GF decided to give this game a shot. Now that I see there are people on an active witch hunt for boxers, it's making me just not want to even play at the same time as her. I don't even know how I'd respond if someone asked me to count from 50 backwards to prove I'm not breaking the rules.

If I see people boxing I report it. It's disrespectful to the GMs because they came up with the rules and they expect the rules to be followed. It is cheating and it takes away from the social aspect of the game....

What is the evidence you, as an expert boxing reporter, base your report on?

It really isn't hard to enforce or verify. When in doubt, report. None of us have time to go hunt this down. It depends on players alerting us.

I have lots of neat tricks of my own to test you without you ever realizing I did it. Most of the time, people aren't. I do my best to not interfere with people unless I need that extra confirmation. All of this takes ~5 minutes.

I've banned people who weren't. But as long as they present their explanation like a reasonable human being using the proper channels (read: not spamming, raging, or slamming the devs all over every forum), I listen to their story. That goes for pretty much everything.
