Nice job on the flooring. Did you rent the tile cutter? Doing my kitchen soon, not looking forward to the prep. What's your plan for the baseboards?

There are really only two options for that.
1. Rip the baseboard up and replace after tiling. Which almost always results in broken boards and messed up paint. So expect to buy more baseboard afterward and repaint your kitchen.

2. Rent or buy one of these. http://www6.homedepot.com/tool-truck...amb_Saw/10-55/

If you have standard 4" base I would honestly just rip it out and buy all new base to replace it. Cutting 3/4"-1" off such short baseboard just ends up looking rediculous. If you have taller base, option 2 is very quick and easy.
