Favorite pals to pvp against

"likes" a challenge but the only 2 or 3 times i did see him online for some small scale group pvp he has cheetah'd away or gated with 70% HP and like 90% mana..

my favorite pals to pvp against are those who are either naked at bind, or naked on the way to their body. Preferably 4 levels lower then what ever character I am on.
