Me and my crew have yet to be pked. So far only one person even attempted. But then realized there were 4 of us. Already lvl 45 now, so I'm not sure how others have so much trouble.

Best thing to do is enable item loot and get together with some more friends and enjoy trying to get loot from some of these guys.
Otherwise they will always win since it is ez to solo and trash groups but hard to get a decent group together to trash npcs and one half hour cr can ruin a group. So yeah to answer your question, with no incentive to pvp ever on this server the only thing you can do is avoid it. Just go to east Antonica you won't find a soul for miles. Hit level 60 join the biggest guild and only log for raids. Mission accomplished you beat eq.

As much as I agree with Keltic on this, making the rogue epic only usable 46+ would solve 80% of the twink newb massacre issue. It's pretty rare to have such a constantly talked about issue fixed in such a simple manor.

Yeah epic level req is a no brainer if GMs on live didn't despise the pvp servers this would have been implemented.
But anything else is going too far. It is a slippery slope and we have to hope that staff doesn't consider trashing other items because in many ways level reqs ruined the post velious expansions.

The only reason I support it in this case is because the class is just so close to unstoppable with it. Some drop able daggers are amazing but the epic...owtch.

Leveled all my chars through cb and even with the twinks its great, often i escape without a single death because I get the twinks are only there for like 20-30min at a time, and then go for hours without seeing any.
Samhain has it right, its a test of your character. If you can make it through the zones without quiting like a little girl (they really are not that bad) then your able to cope healthily enough to game, if not your saving time then because at 60 spending time unable to play your character because of a lost pvp battle or a wipe involving pvp is not unheard of.
