Put up some pvp flags on the beta server then and let red pals test resists and get some strategies down on there, places to snipe from, etc.

It's more geared for blue players testing pve content at the moment, I'd say.

well my point is that Red can be pretty damn blue and its pretty dumb to act like the Red server is not going to be doing the Coldain Ring/Shawl, armor quests, killing in Dragon Nec/WW or in general Velious stuff

its actually lazy of the Red players to cite that the lack of PVP on Beta is the reason they refuse to test....if thats the case much like people want the Blue Velious release to have no raid content why not release Velious on Red without content since you guys claim it was pointless to test without PVP

just have the Velious zones open as huge Quake arena's

Judging by recent beta server pop, everyone's content to wait it out however long it takes anyway.

blue players are super lazy, esp those in <Taken>...they just sit around at zone ins all day doing nothing

There was about 100 people up there, at least. Now imagine that most of those people paid 540p for 1.5 keys. That's up to 54,000 p getting deleted off server on a weekly basis. More for island 2 keys and coffins, which are both expensive too. These raids are actually beneficial for server health, despite being completely horrible and unfun.

Instancing was always the wrong solution to the supposed "problem". Boss mobs should be triggered by a quest and the trigger should be the thing gating the loot. Problem solved, without instancing.
