No that's wrong because exp is not split 50/50 between two people. It's based on your total experience pools compared with one another. Check the wiki for a more in depth explanation but as a bard, if you group with a lower level non hybrid class you are going to actually get more exp per kill than if you solo.

Extremely doubtful, as after that many levels your total experience pool is going to be much much greater than a clerics. Just read the wiki, I don't have the patience to teach you.

In addition to this, for each group member, a 40% experience modifier will be added to all XP the group obtains. This means that with a full 6 member group, you will be provided a 290% bonus to all experience gained, 1-60.
