based on the way the timeline has turned out if they get it the same time then blue would have gained velious about 3 years later than red

Red players were more welcoming on the server than blue in my experience. Sure, lots of people flex nuts on the forums, but many are happy to see new players.

I've had nothing but great interactions on Blue for the 1+ years I've been here. This is especially true when it comes to welcoming new players.

After playing pvp for 6 1/2 years on Tallon Zek I think I'll pass on Red.

Why? Because nothing is better than sitting at a camp you need to complete a quest for X amount of hours only to have some player come along and ambush you simply for the "fun" of it. Thus, screwing you out of the time you spent at the camp because now I have to loot-n-scoot.

Oh, lets not forget the old ambush while fighting tactic: You have like 5 mobs and the pvper comes along and smokes your cleric or your ench. Or, they wait until all the mobs are dead and you are at 15 life and the cleric is at 10 mana and then lay waste to you, the cleric and who ever else is hurting. Guess what? Time to loot-n-scoot. So much fun.

I could go on and on about the filthiness of EQ pvp, but I think you all get the point. To those who wish to venture down this path, more power to ya. I wish you the best of luck.

I have been on p99 for a year and aside from the trolls on red, there seem to be much more douchebaggery on blue. I had a blast handing out newb gear to all the blue players. Glad you all could come see what red is all about.

You gotta know that red is still blue as fuck compared to sullon zek.

Dark Carnival put in work hooking up newbs. Come back now ya hear?
