I think it was me Drelk and the scenario rings a bell, or very similar.

You were 4th on my list, being the only druid online at the time I was constantly spammed and I was on a machine that I dont usually play on so my tells weren't separated out. I asked three times, not seven - because of the spam and built in laptop mouse being unable to scroll quick enough to see your past tells.

I'd love to shoot ports out my perfectly sculpted anus but unfortunately they require mana, hence the cool down. Plus rather than ignore you and not bother, I thought maybe late is better than no port at all. I was only online for 40 minutes to do a bit of banking and unfortunately logged in with my tag on and spent 39 minutes porting.

In fairness moving forward I will respond with letting people know how far down the list they are to allow them to look for alternative transport. So am sorry for the long delay, but feel free to use the boats - they dont require mana [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Damn with the posts about how many tells they get I feel like this Dial-A-Port thing is getting too big. They are gonna need some lvl 1 tagged alts to act as receptionists for all druids/wizards online. Better pay them a decent salary though...

Uh oh, sounds like Dial-a-Port is getting a star docked from their Yelp.

what's the deal with the new guild "Tell A Port"? are we seeing some competition going on now? is this just an off-shoot of Dial-A-Port for wizards? will things get ugly?

Must be some kind of questionnaire service for Dial-A-Port to get some quality customer feedback about the experience.

If there really are two competing porting guilds now...

A) That's just downright awesome.

B) That would almost certainly spur an RFP for staffing a new wing of <Nomsanto Industries> known as SkyChefs. This will be an exclusive catering contract to one of the porting guilds, wherein Nomsanto Industries supplies your porters with delicious Nomsanto Brand food and beverage. This can then be provided to your passengers as an in-flight meal. This will increase your overall service and comfort ratings, as well as give a mutual boost to brand awareness for both of our integrated products. Part of the SkyChefs product line will include worldwide delivery and running free-sample stands at various rings and spires. You may want to integrate plans for addressing those needs as part of your response to the RFP.

I will probably create a separate thread dedicated to the official RFP some time this week. The guild with the sweeter offer will win the proposal process.

This sounds interesting. I have a wizard with average baking skill (140s?) if u need any help with this endeavor. I wasn't paid to say this but I am looking to improve my faction.
